I'll be adding resources and documentation to this page as time permits.  Information posted here will be primarily to assist in sorting out the various Rice families who migrated into the old Greenville District of upcountry South Carolina in the 1700s.  All these Rice families appear to be related and are possibly descended from one of the Thomas Rice's of Virginia.
